BUG REPORT
Report a Bug
Report bugs or issues with fxcolorstudio tools so we can fix them quickly and keep the site reliable for designers and developers.
Help Us Keep the Tools Reliable
We want every tool on fxcolorstudio to work flawlessly across browsers and devices. If something behaves unexpectedly — a color value looks wrong, a button does not respond, a layout breaks, or a page fails to load — letting us know is the fastest way to get it fixed. A clear bug report helps us reproduce the problem and ship a fix quickly, which benefits every visitor who uses the same tool after you.
How to Report an Issue
The most useful reports include enough detail for us to recreate exactly what you experienced. Please include as many of the following as you can:
- The page or tool you were using — the full URL is ideal, for example
/tools/color-picker. - What happened and what you expected — a short description of the actual result versus what you thought should happen.
- Steps to reproduce — the exact sequence of actions that triggered the issue, so we can follow the same path.
- Your browser and operating system — for example, Chrome 125 on Windows 11, or Safari on iOS.
- Any error messages — including anything shown in the browser console if you know how to open it.
- A screenshot or screen recording — visuals often explain a problem far faster than words.
Common Issues to Check First
Some problems have quick fixes you can try before reporting. A hard refresh (Ctrl+F5, or Cmd+Shift+R on Mac) clears a stale cached version of a page and resolves many display glitches. Disabling browser extensions, especially ad blockers or script blockers, can also help, since they sometimes interfere with interactive tools. If a tool relies on a feature your browser does not support, such as the eyedropper, updating to the latest browser version usually solves it.
Send Your Report
Email us at support@fxcolorstudio.com with the subject line "Bug Report". Include the details above, and feel free to attach screenshots. The more context you provide, the faster we can confirm and resolve the problem.
What Happens Next
We review every report and prioritize issues that affect core functionality or many users. While we cannot promise an individual reply to each message, we do read them all, and your report directly shapes what we fix next.
